Pregnancy can be exciting and discomfort, both at
the same time. After you conceive a child, hormonal changes in your body take

Nausea and Vomiting
Commonly referred to as morning sickness, nausea and vomiting

tenderness and it shall subside by the fourth month. To combat the condition of
breast tenderness, opt for bras that can support your enlarging breast and hold
up the extra weight.
Fatigue
It is common to feel fatigue with a strong urge to take a nap
very frequently during pregnancy. As your fetus develops, your body needs to
work harder while undergoing several physical and emotional changes. You are
not alone. Most of the women out there experience fatigue throughout their
pregnancy journey. Light to moderate exercise, a healthy diet, and proper rest
as and when required are some of the many ways you can utilise to combat
fatigue during your pregnancy.
