1) Maintain a healthy weight

Obesity is one of the leading risk factors for endometrial cancer. Excess body fat can lead to an increase in estrogen levels, which can stimulate the growth of the endometrium and increase the risk of cancer. 2) Exercise regularly

Studies have shown that women who engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day have a lower risk of developing endometrial cancer. So, make sure to incorporate some form of exercise into your daily routine, whether it's walking, jogging, or joining a fitness class.

3) Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help reduce the risk of endometrial cancer. These foods are high in antioxidants, which can help protect cells from damage that can lead to cancer. On the other hand, a diet high in processed and red meats, saturated fats, and refined sugars can increase the risk of endometrial cancer.
